Athletic Health Science

In Athletic Health Science, you will have hands-on experience, along with the opportunity to participate in a school-to-work program in a health-related setting.  First year students will meet guest speakers in the athletic training field, health care and fitness professions, visit clinics, hospitals and training facilities, and work with injured athletes from a high school athletic program,  Second year students will design and implement individual fitness programs, supervise weight training facilities and conditioning programs, as well as have direct contact with athletic health care and fitness professionals at selected sites.

See the Virtual Spring Open House for incoming Compact students participating in Athletic Health Science.
