Compact Stakeholders Meeting Provides Many Highlights

Great Compact Stakeholders meeting this morning over at Copley HS (Bistro 81) with supporters from both the schools and communities. We had a big unveiling of the program sign for the new Animal Care and Science Program coming next fall to Copley High School. Also, partner Speakers Dr. Elizabeth Kennedy from the University of Akron and Dan Chase from Parker Haniffin spoke about opportunities in Cyber Security and Engineering and Director Roger Wright gave a summary of highlights from the year. A sincere thank you to all who could attend, with special thanks to State Representative Tavia Galonski (District 35). She has been a great proponent of Career Tech Education, and Education in general. It's been a terrific year at the Compact, and none of it would be possible without the many supporters we work with!
